Joe was born in Tampa, Fl and if God wills, won't leave. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age, and completely dedicated his life to the Lord at the age of 16. Through several events and through prayer, Joe began to feel a call on his life to full-time Christian service. He received is Biblical education at Trinity College of Florida in Pastoral Ministries.
Joe is about as home-grown as they come. He started attending the church at age 6 because he was attracted by the AWANA program. He eventually went through the youth program and then became a youth leader. He started a drama impact team called the Imitators that goes all over the U.S. sharing the Gospel and encouraging believers. He was even an intern here at the church before he was promoted to his current position.
Presently Joe has two over-arching passions: first, teaching youth the excitement of having an actual relationship with Jesus Christ, and training them to be the leaders of tomorrow; and second, his love of outreach and evangelism permeates much of his work here at First Baptist Church of Citrus Park.
